Resistance Bands - Heavy

Used for a variety of drills, strength and conditioning e.g. ruck stability drills, on field strength training, dynamic speed and conditioning work. 
There are 5 levels of resistance, determined by band width (strength), from low resistance (13mm width) to high resistance (63mm width).
All bands are approx. 2.8m (Length) x 4.5mm (Rubber thickness) – refer below to width/colour for resistance level:
Red – 13mm width
Black – 22mm width
Purple – 32mm width
Green – 45mm width
Blue – 63mm width
